The following forms only transmit an email to calligrapher partner. It is not a thing completing a custom-made order.
Please cope with a calligrapher partner by a receipt of money method or a delivery of goods method after the transmission individually.
Please refer to Article 8 "individual request (order made)" of the agreement for use details.

[Production Flow]
1. After contacting us using the form below, we will reply to you by e-mail with the delivery date and price. (* If you are in a hurry, please enter your desired date in the "Other Remarks" column.) We will make adjustments to meet your wishes as much as possible.)
2. Please check the price and delivery date, and if there is no problem, please contact us by e-mail as an official order.
3. We will present our designated account by e-mail after the official order, so please transfer the fee.
4. After payment is confirmed, we will start writing based on the information you contacted.
5. We will create a brush letter and send it to you by e-mail as a JPG image of several smaller sizes, so please select one of them.
6. We will attach the official data (PNG file) of the selected material to the e-mail and deliver it.
If you would like any other shipment data format, please provide it first.

[Shipment Format/Method]
We will deliver the data in PNG. Also, if you fill in your desired format in the "Other Remarks" section, we will try to meet your request to the extent possible.
The created item will be attached to an e-mail and delivered.

[Payment Method]
Payment will be transferred to the account that will be contacted after the official order is placed.
Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
* If you need a receipt, please add it to the "Other Remarks".

[Delivery time]
We hope that you will think about it in about 1~2 weeks from the official order.
We will contact you by email reply to confirm the delivery date.

[Handling of year-end and New Year holidays and national holidays]
Basically, we are closed during the year-end and New Year holidays and holidays. In addition to that, the delivery time may be around the same time, so please contact us as soon as possible.

[Cancellation]
In the case of cancellation before the transfer from the official order, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made after transfer will not be refunded. The transfer fee will be the cancellation fee.
